Amanda DeBoer

Voice and Piano

Amanda DeBoer Bartlett is a classical vocalist and singer-songwriter based in Oak Park, IL. She has been teaching music for over 15 years, and specializes in voice and piano. She has also taught opera and musical theatre direction, acting, ear training, vocal pedagogy, and diction for singers.

She is a founding member of Quince Ensemble, an all-women contemporary vocal group, and is a member of Ensemble Dal Niente, a Chicago-based chamber orchestra that commissions and performs the music of living composers.

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, she received her Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from DePaul University. She received a Master’s of Music degree from the University at Buffalo, and a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Contemporary Music from Bowling Green State University.
